1. Shado: these look exactly like the Voltmace joysticks. Uses potentiometers (usable for flight simulators, elite) and springs to make the lever return to the centre.

2. Unknown (apparently they're "Sure shot" joysticks by cambridge(uk)): These are very heavy/solid joysticks with microswitches for directions and buttons (usable for action games, not really suitable for games that require more accurate input like flight simulators):
